Three Sisters Charity Ride Out - July 2011 - Featured Rider: Paul Smith

"I have been riding on the road for 12 years; I have gone from 125cc all the way up to 1000cc road bikes, including Yamaha SR125, Yamaha TZR 250, Kawasaki ZXR400, Kawasaki ZX6R, Yamaha YZF-R1 (2001 and a 2003)."

"As well as riding on the road, in 2007 i decided to try my hand at some club level racing, I started on a 2001 Suzuki GSXR 600 which I used for 2007 then bought a 2006 Suzuki GSXR 600 for the 2008/2009 seasons, for 2010 I thought I would try a different form of racing and got myself a 2008 KTM 505 SMR and tried my hand at racing Super Moto. Had some amazing experiences racing and met some great people, was even good enough to come away with a couple of trophies, but for the time being I have given up racing as my wallet just couldn’t hack it!"

"Tracks that i have ridden include.... Aintree, 3 sisters, Blyton, Rowrah, Whilton Mill, Oulton Park and Anglesey, by far my favourite track is Oulton Park, i hope to one day ride some European tracks like Nurburgring, Mugello and Valencia etc."

"I would also like to do some European road trips on the bike which I'm yet to do; I have only been as far as the peak of Scotland and south Wales. My weekly ride outs include the Scotch Piper and the Tap; both local biking meets where there are loads of bikes and lots of people to chat to about bikes."

"Being in the biking trade (sales assistant at Hein Gericke Liverpool) bikes are a big part of my life and I'm loving every minute of it!"

Three Sisters Charity Ride Out - 14th June 2011 - Featured Rider: Danny Thompson

"As for other circuits worldwide, then I would love to try and do both the Sachsenring and Nurburgring at some point in my life on the bike."

"I've done the Nurburgring, in the wet, in a car and it was an experience to say the least! However, it may well be topped if I make it there on the bike..."

"Also another classic to do would be Laguna Seca and the world famous "Cork Screw".
